In the last two weeks, we’ve identified what you actually want vs. what you think you should want, and assessed where each of the five pillars currently stands in your life.
Now comes the uncomfortable but necessary part: looking at the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Not to shame yourself, but to see clearly. Because here’s the truth that most self-help content won’t tell you: Your actual priorities are revealed by your actions, not your intentions.
It doesn’t matter what you say matters to you. What matters is where your time, money, and energy actually go. And sometimes (okay, often) there’s a significant gap between the two.
This week, we’re measuring that gap with three life audits – time, money, and energy. This exercise only works if you’re honest with yourself, even if it’s uncomfortable. Don’t be like me in college when I downloaded Mint to track my money, got mad when I saw that I was spending $250 a month at Starbucks, and deleted the app.
